IMUSAFE

IMUSAFE is a fusion protein inhibiting the interaction between the cell messenger IL-15 and its receptor. Thus, IMUSAFE prevents the signal transduction in immunogenic processes. In an established mouse model, the potency of IMUSAFE has already been proven. Additionally, its potency in prevention of xenograft rejection as a combination therapy was already shown in primates.
