Protein Production from Mammalian Cells

Celonic offers production of recombinant proteins and monoclonal antibodies under R&D conditions. The offer portfolio covers transient protein production, production with stabile transfected cell lines in „R&D grade“ and development of regulatory compliant, highly stabile and high producing cell lines for use in GMP manufacturing. Over more than 10 years Celonic has gained a broad spectrum of experience with different mammalian cell lines and is capable to use these cell types growing in adherent or in suspension culture (e.g. CHO-K1, CHO-DHFR-, NS0-, NS1-Hybridoma and human donor cell lines [HEK293]). Especially due to our CEMAX-Technology we are able to generate R&D grade or GMP compliant production cell lines in a very short time line.

We support our customers in their selection of lead candidates during pre-clinical development with supply of protein material for the development of protein and antibody based diagnostics as well as with supply of protein material for animal studies and other projects of early pharmaceutical development.
